Not directly but we have a team of really cool humans who will be able to dispatch your order as swiftly as you can place it. You can email at any time for a timely response at online@rusty.com.au
Yes, just email us at online@rusty.com.au as soon as you feel the need. If we haven't dispatched it already we can easily change it.
Sorry Australia and New Zealand are our only shipping destinations.
Yes Rusty is a secure site. Always ensure you see the security lock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. This ensures your order and payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet. This site uses 128 bit encryption which is the most secure system avaliable in Australia and we partner with Westpac for our paymet gateway.
I have forgotten my login and password?
Not a problem don’t we all…. Please head back to the sign in section and click “Ive forgotten my password”. A new password will be sent to you via email.
My size has sold out are there any more available?
Does this not drive you nuts… it does us so we will do all we can to see if more stock is available … email your online concierge at any time to see if they can track down what you want. online@rusty.com.au

What happens if something I order is out of stock?
We have done our best to manage the inventory as best we can, but occassionally an item may sell out within the very minute of your order. If this was to ever happen we will contact you immediately.
